
This time I decided to try a recipe that joins two ingredients that I love: apples and mascarpone and the result was a beautiful and delicious cake!
Here´s the original recipe:
Ingredients
250 g of mascarpone
250 g of flour
150 g of sugar
4 eggs
1 yeast sachet
3 apples
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix gently. Peel and cut the apples into cubes and add them to the dough, mixing well.
Pour the mixture into a buttered cake form and sprinkle with flour.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C and bake for 1 hour.
