Yogurt cake

If you want to bake a simple and delicious cake you can serve still warm with a delicious cup of tea this is the ideal option.


Here´s the original recipe:


Ingredients:


  • 1 yogurt;

  • 4 eggs;

  • 4 shallow measures of unleavened wheat flour;

  • 4 shallow measures of white sugar;

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder;

  • 1 shallow measure of sunflower oil;

( measure = cup of yogurt )



Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.


Grease the form to bake your yogurt cake with margarine and then sprinkle with flour.


In a bowl, add eggs and sugar and beat lightly, then add yogurt and stir slightly, add the flour together with the yeast, separating with the oil.


It is not necessary to stir much to make the cake fluffy and moist.


Pour batter into pre-greased form.


To check if the cake is cooked, stick a toothpick in the center, if it comes out dry, the cake is ready to be removed from the oven.


Let it cool for 5 minutes in the form before putting it in a plate.
