Do you love chocolate but hate those dry chocolate cakes? Well so do I, so I went looking for a recipe that allowed me to bake a delicious chocolate cake that was creamy and melted in your mouth as you ate it.
I found an excellent one:
Here are the ingredients:
200 g of dark chocolate
200 g of margarine
6 eggs
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
200 g of sugar
1 teaspoon of liquid caramel
Grated chocolate to decorate
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a round cake pan (23 x 7 centimeters) with margarine and sprinkle with flour or chocolate powder.
Place the chopped chocolate and the margarine in a bowl and melt in the microwave. Remove from the microwave and beat with a wire rod until you get a creamy mixture.
Add the sugar and the liquid caramel and mix well.
Leave it to stand for about five minutes.
Add one egg, beat and repeat the same procedure for the remaining eggs.
Finally, mix the flour until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the cake into the cake pan, place it in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes (time depends on the oven). The cake is cooked when it starts to get color and in the middle start to get slightly higher than the rest of the cake.
Remove cake from oven and unmold. Let cool completely and serve.
