Mascarpone Cake

Last Sunday I decide to bake a cake for tea and I found the perfect recipe on Google :

Here are the ingredients:

• 150 gr mascarpone,

• 120 gr of sugar;

• vanilla extract;

• 3 eggs;

• 150 gr of flour,

• 2 tea spoons of baking powder,

• 1 pinch of salt,

In a bowl, combine the mascarpone with the sugar. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract and mix well. Then, add the flour, the baking powder and the salt and mix again.

Pour the dough into the already greased form.

Place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
