Pasta with Alfredo sauce

Revisiting our trip to Rome made me remember the amazing pastas that we ate there.


So I decided to experiment a pasta recipe I found online :



It turned out delightful!



Here are the ingredients:


  • 300 grams tagliatelle pasta

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 300 grams frozen tiger shrimp

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 40 grams grated parmigiano cheese

  • 150 ml half-fat milk

  • 1 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Cook the dough according to the instructions on the package and drain.


Meanwhile, heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the prawns.


In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, cheese and milk. Add the parsley.


Add the Alfredo sauce with the shrimp and heat.


Mix the sauce with the dough and garnish with the parsley.
